Mở màng là trong cuộc họp của cảnh sát đi tuần trên đường phố và có người thư ký của cảnh sát là Chu Tố Nga làm công việc văn phòng của cảnh sát là một người nhút nhác và do đã có chồng và 1 đứa con trai nên cho dù làm đã lâu năm cô cũng ko muốn lên chức làm cảnh sát...

Nhưng xui xẻo thay trong cảnh sát lại đồn cô là bồ nhí của Cua Lột vốn là cấp trên của cô khiến cho vợ Cua Lột phải điều qua làm việc tại phòng làm việc của CID do xếp Trình lãnh đạo và tại đây cô đã gặp cô bạn Trần Tam Nguyên một cô gái tinh tình như con trai rất xong xáo trong việc điều tra bắt cướp khiến do xếp Trình nhiều phiên hú vía và đã cứu cô rất nhiều lần trong nhưng lần chạm sút với kẻ gian.
